The required first step before any cleanup or ongoing support. You complete a questionnaire and I map the friction. This takes about 3 weeks. You then receive a Clarity Report and we review everything in a focused 60-minute call. No behind-the-scenes work at this stage, just a clear picture of exactly what needs attention and in what order. If you move forward with Business Cleanup, $325 comes back to you as a credit.
