Most of it is yours to act on yourself. Where a piece genuinely needs a developer or a designer, I say so, and we talk about that separately.

You know it is time to build. The first week is Groundwork: I spend it understanding your business properly, so nothing gets built blind. Then I do the work. Systems, workflows, documents, your drive and your inbox, and AI prompts written to your own boundaries and your own voice. You finish with documentation and recorded walkthroughs, so it stays yours to run.
Steady Support
$1,200 CAD a month
You would rather not run it all alone. Opens with Groundwork, same as The Untangle, and builds the same things: systems, workflows, the documents your business runs on. The difference is pace. It happens over months instead of in one go. One planning call a month, and support between calls. Three months to start, then month to month.
